Guest guest
>Natural Sources of Vitamin E Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that is found naturally in vegetable oils, dark leafy greens, liver, eggs, and nuts. To supplement vitamin E, add these foods to your diet or purchase nutritional supplements hope you do mind but i think it's worth emphasising that because it is a fat-soluble vit some kind of fat/oil should be taken at the same time. ditto for the other two fat-soluble vitamins a and d. for vit e supplementation apparently it is better to take mixed tocopherols rather than just alpha beta, delta, gamma. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tocopherol i'm sure i've read somewhere that vit e is contra indicated if someone is taking blood thinners such as rat poison (warfarin) and possibly also contra indicated for diabetics (i may be wrong though). trish > > NaturalNews) Vitamin E is a vital nutrient known mainly for its benefits to heart health. But vitamin E has many other properties that maintain health and has long been used both internally and externally. Vitamin E has been shown to help with the growth of hair as well as preventing hair loss. The exact mechanism is not known but vitamin E may prevent hair loss by the same mechanism that it prevents heart problems. Vitamin E helps with the growth of capillaries. Guest guest
Hi Trish, Sorry so excited about the hair loss - forgot to mention that - yes you are quite right it is a natural blood thinner. YOU MUST NOT take blood thinners with it. It helps the sex hormones and is the vitamin to keep you young - anti aging. Not sure about the diabetes side of things but I daresay you are quite right. Best wishes Mandy
