Guest guest Posted February 13, 2011 Report Share Posted February 13, 2011 I've been taking 3mg of Melatonin for a few nights now and it's made no difference, I'm still waking several times a night. So last night I decided to take 2 tabs (6mg) I still woke once on my own and again because my daughter was crying out. I bought the regular melatonin not the slow release because the SR was out of stock on the site with free delivery, but would the SR really make a big difference? I'm going to try 6mg again tonight and hope my daughter sleeps through and doesn't disturb me and see how I go. If the melatonin doesn't work for me does that mean I do need Florinef? My temps are stable, I'm still increasing my T3,my current bedtime dose is 12.5mcg with 5mg HC, I also take 1000mg Vit C and 1 iron tab, 100mg CoQ10 at bedtime.
