Well done Dot. I actually thought I had some 'good' doctors on

my recommended doctors for Ireland but if I had, they appear to have

disappeared. If anybody knows of a doctor/endocrinologist in Ireland who will

prescribe T3 with T4, or natural thyroid extract, please will you let me know

privately at sheila @ tpauk. com (close up spaces).

I am actually surprised that the DOCTOR ASSUMED because your

blood tests were within the normal reference range she failed to ask you how

you felt. So it seems both patients and doctors 'assume' too much Dot. Thanks

for bringing this to our attention.

Lesson for me was - make sure the GP knows how you feel & don't assume just

because you phone & get a blood test done that the GP automatically knows

how you're feeling - I assumed that because I asked for the tests to be done,

she would know I wasn't feeling well & was refusing to up my levo.
