I use it, I buy from ons.

Not noticed any specific difference, but then I've changed so much it's hard to

tell what has made me feel better. I know, I know it's exactly what we're

always being told not to do..... I do feel much better and it's either the

B12, the Iron, The folate or the NT,

Dr P's speech about the use of iodine, which he gave at the last Yorkshire

meeting is in the files... well worth reading... I think there is a link on

the web site too....

I don't recommend white refined table salt to anyone. It's terrible for the

body, causes all sorts of trouble.

We only recommend unrefined/unprocessed celtic sea salt (grey) or

Himalayan rock salt (pink)

She obviously wants you to put some iodine into the body and is using table salt

to do that....

People with Hashi's need iodine just as much as the rest of the world, some

would say they need it more.

Cheers,

JOT

You are fine to use table salt with added iodine, as the amount in the salt will not be that much to do any harm, that is unless you have a problem with salt or iodine.! i was advised to do thos by a past doctor which i was seeing in 2002. angel.
