Has anyone ever ordered from the mexican site and not received the order?

I ordered T3 on 5 December and still have not had it.

Hi Stacey,

I have seen on quite a few forums this is a problem at the moment but they are

slowly getting through.

I had this problem in August last year and I email my Mexican and asked for the

postal number. I contacted the post office and asked if they had a parcel with

the postal number. It hadn't arrived in the UK so I got back to my Mexican and

ask them to resend it as it must be held up in Mexico.

They resent it and the second order arrived in 2 weeks. The first order turned

up 2 months after I had ordered it.

I received yesterday an order that was despatched from the USA on 30th

November i.e. 6 weeks ago! It normally takes 2 - 3 weeks, but at least it

has arrived - so hopefully you will get yours shortly.
