Guest guest
Hi yes melatonin is ok to take ,but it could be that your night time cortisol levels are to high in the night time this would mean thatthe mornings you would feel tired and not feel awake until lunch time. you could do a 48 hour salivary test which covers the day and night time levels to get a accurate reading. there is a product you could try for this- phosphoral serine.spelling) this is supposed to stop the night time cortisol-. if still tired in the mornings you could then take isocort- this product dos`ent suppress the gland, but adds a little bit of adrenal gland to help in the mornings. the night time taking salivary is difficult but you can set an alarm to wake up at 3/4 points in the night or get a partner to do this for you. hope this helps you.
