Guest guest
Please don't send anything to my sheila@... account - instead send to sheilaturner@... for the next day or so until I get that account sorted out. I have no idea what is wrong, but I can neither send nor receive messages using that account. I keep getting a notice up telling me that I should retype my password, which I do, but it makes no difference. Can you help with this? Also, it now appears that I cannot receive any messages in my sheilaturner@... account now. I have rebooted my computer but it still doesn't work. Guest guest
It sounds like someone hijacked your account, go through the password retrieval/change process for that account. Guest guest
Hi JOT - got up this morning and the account is working again. So far, no more requests for my password, but tells me something similar is happening to her right now too and how annoying it is that these requests keep coming in. It happened to me about three years ago but I can't remember how I sorted it. I am now using sheila@... once again. Guest guest
I find that when Virgin are doing something to the email I keep getting request for password. I think that is the only way to show that the account is disconnected in some way. When they have done doing what they do, it comes back again.
