(i woke up to eat inmiddle of night sith sleep apnea) 'the hibernation diet' recommends taking a tablespoon or two of honey before bed to fuel the liver, so that you don't wake up feeling hungry like that. erratic sleeping hours probably aren't helping: 5am-11am - why not getup earlier and try to force yourself back into a normal sleeping routine? can you try a sunrise lamp (lumie lamp) to reset your circadian rhythm? it just simulates a sunrise which is supposed to synch your circadian rhythm C --- In thyroid treatment , bernadette Bateman > > dESPERATE FOR A FULL NIGHTS SLEEP > > also i am having grEAT sleep problems scince new year where i go to sleep about > 9 pm .then wide awake 1.30pm starving hungry no matter how well i have eaten > during the day. then i get back to sleep about 5 am till 11 am. often i have to > use a strong sleeping drug ZOLPIDEM TO GET ME TO SLEEP.
