have you considered sleep apnea? (i woke up to eat inmiddle of night sith sleep

apnea)

'the hibernation diet' recommends taking a tablespoon or two of honey before bed

to fuel the liver, so that you don't wake up feeling hungry like that.

erratic sleeping hours probably aren't helping: 5am-11am - why not getup

earlier and try to force yourself back into a normal sleeping routine? can you

try a sunrise lamp (lumie lamp) to reset your circadian rhythm? it just

simulates a sunrise which is supposed to synch your circadian rhythm
