HI

This sounds like the same experiance that I am facing. I am now being sent to a

rhumatologist due to raised CRP AND ESR.

I still think however that the fall that I had on a bus is causing the painful

joint and muscle problem, and the effect on the adrenal glands ie Pain causes

more stress so yet more pain.

Before this however I thyroxine was not helping much. I also tried natural

thyroid, but I am also having problems with meat and fish, so not a good idea.

Had you ever tried the thyroxine from martingdales without all the fillers, as

it could be the fillers that cause the sensitivity.

joint pains at all, just a bit of a stiff body because I am still over weight.

The point is I had the most terrible disabling pains in my joints for months,

eventually I went to the doctor who did blood tests which confirmed I had

Inflammatory Arthritis I also had a T3 blood test done which also confirmed that

this was Normal.

Sheila, I posted a reply to your message as you wanted the reference ranges for

my Free T3 and Free T4, message No. 75839. As my Free T3 and Free T4 were

'Normal' I still had Inflammatory Arthritis when on synthetic thyroxine. I have

to persuade my G.P. to prescribe Erfa and need to be able to give him the

correct information. He knows I had Inflammatory Arthritis some months ago, but

now I have to tell him I have been o.k. since on Erfa and all the pains have

gone, all I can suggest to tell him and the most simplest answer is that I was

allergic to synthetic thyroxine? What do you think? Thanks Ann.
