Guest guest
HI ALL I have come across this article about the treatment of canines thyroid glands, and it appears they get better treatment than us humans. They suggest using SOLOXINE, but not generic versions as they do not get absorbed as well. They also give them VOM which nourishes the thyroid gland back to health. How many of us have felt like atending a VET for help, as I for one have. Does anyone know what VOM is and if its OK for humans, and we are also prescribed generic versions and this states they are not as good. http://www.lbah.com/canine/hypot4.htm Kathleen

Guest guest
I love those squirrels, but I do wish we had somebody like this in UK as she helps humans as well. Guest guest
I have often mentioned that vets are better at diagnosing and treating hypothyroidism than NHS doctors.
