Guest guest
Hi Miriam, I have Sandrena oestrogen gel prescribed by my GP- this was post hysterectomy- I still got some hot flushes, then on dr. P's advice a few years later I added in Serenity. I reduced the oeastrogen by a half and still avoid the hor flushes, and have been stable since. now due to my age my GP wants me to stop the HRT, but if I try to reduce it I still get the hot flushes- so understandably I'm not keen! > thyroid treatment > From: miriam_hinch@...> Date: Sat, 5 Feb 2011 09:02:06 +0000> Subject: Re: HEAVY, FREQUENT PERIODS AND TOO MUCH THYROXINE> > Hi , how do you do this? I am deficient in both oestrogen and progesterone. I have found a source of natural progesterone (Serenity), but not one of natural oestrogen. The only oestrogen creams I have found are designed to "balance" your oestrogen, rather than supplement it.> Miriam > > > > > ------------------------------------> > TPA is not medically qualified.
