Guest guest
Hi Everyone, As an update I am now 15 weeks into T3 only, I am now taking 75 mcg which I have built up to from around 3 weeks ago when I think I may have cleared some reverse T3 (but not sure I had it in the first place). I can't say in all honesty that I feel much different from when I was on 3 grains of Erfa, but time will tell. I am wondering however, if I don't need to take the NAE. I have been taking 2 at breakfast and 2 after lunch. Last week I had the 2 in the morning and then after lunch took another 2. I felt really weird, a bit jittery, anxious and spaced out. I had taken 25mcg T3 at the same time so thought it must be this. the following day I spread the T3 out into smaller more frequent doses but noticed in the morning after taking 2 NAE I felt the same. I have also realised that when I have taken the afternoon dose of NAE that I always seem to feel this way. Yesterday I decided not to take any. My temperature was higher, 36.9, 37 and 37.1 compared to the day before when I had struggled to reach 36.7. I also didn't get these weird feelings even though I had gone back to taking just 3 doses of 25mcg T3. I am a little confused now as to whether my body was getting too much adrenaline with the NAE and perhaps it can cope just fine without it. I would welcome any opinions on this as I have been takin NAE regularly since 2007. Kind regards Lizzie
Guest guest
Wait for a few days without the NAE and see what happens Lizzie. If you start to feel those symptoms again, then I would say you need to decrease the T3, as the symptoms you are suffering just might be from too high a dose of T3 and your body is reacting to that.
