Hi there, hear is a conversion chart for any one who may be interested in the differences with levo (sinthetic) or natural hormones like Armour or erfa.30mcg natural/half grain=25mcg sinthetic/levothyroxine.60mcg natural/one grain=50mcg sinthetic/levo-90mcg natural/one/half grain=75mcg sinthetic/levo-120mcg natural/two grain=100mcg sinthetic/levo-hope this helps anyone hwo is confused about doses etc:; regards Angel.
