Hi Angie, the answer to your question is yes, first he will start you on T4 if you have been on T4 only for some time and you are not well on it then he will try you on natural thyroid or maybe T3 it depends on what he finds out about your thyroid/adrenals. so be assured that he is aware of the problems we are facing with conventional medicine and interpretation of tests results for the thyroid.
