Hi there , I get this cracking in my knee joints, I put it down to the RA.(rheumatoid arthritis). but it could be something else.the RA destroys the stretchy bits between joints. they are attacked by auto-antibodies. I take MSM salfur for this and alsoglucosamin & cronditin. Angel. sorry spelling.
