Oops, what a silly moderator I am, I didn't see you had addressed it to one of us and just approved it. I think we all have problems the first time we join a group.

We only have a few rules which are made for very good reasons and not just for the sake of making rules, and I am sure you will get the hang of everything quite quickly. If you are having problems that are not thyroid related, do take them to the chat group. I believe I have already sent you an invitation.

To remind everyone what the rules are:

(a) Snip posts (don't leave everyone else's messages on when replying), this is for the sake of Digest readers.

( Doctors names not mentioned in full unless our own medical advisers or authors of books (for legal reasons)

© When you give a link to something, give a little note about what the link is about (for security reasons),

(d) If there is an interesting article or a quote from a book, and if you write it out in full you must give the author the credit (for copyright reasons)

(e) Cannot offer or ask for prescription drugs on the group. Contact Sheila direct if you have a problem in this respect. (for legal reasons)

The other is not really a rule but very helpful, and that is to keep to the same subject heading and not keep changing it if it belongs to the same thread and if it is going to be a new thread to change the subject line accordingly.
