Hi Lizzie, Probably the stress of a work day. Maybe make the first dose 10mcg bigger and omit the bedtime dose- this may improve sleep. could be adrenal- see how it goes. > thyroid treatment > From: lassey@...> Date: Wed, 5 Jan 2011 13:17:33 +0000> Subject: What's happening now?> > Hi Everyone,> > Well I am now into the beginning of week 11 on T3 only.> > I have slowly increased up to 90mcg where two weeks ago I felt a bit spaced out and jittery so I cut back and am now on 70 mcg, 20 at 7am, 20mcg at 12.30 20mcg 6pm and 10 mcg at bedtime.> > I have felt reasonably ok during the last two weeks of school holidays.> > This morning first day back at work, took my two NAE after breakfast and off I went. Always carry some Magnesium around with you Lizzie and when you

get such symptoms again, try taking 500mgs to see if that would help. However,

did this feeling last a few hours and then go away and did you carry on taking

your other doses throughout the day? If this happens again, don't take any more

that day and the following day, lower your dose by 10mgs and see if that helps.

The 12 weeks Nick talks about is a rough estimate only. You might take longer

to get rid of the reverse T3.

Well I am now into the beginning of week 11 on T3 only.

I have slowly increased up to 90mcg where two weeks ago I felt a bit spaced out

and jittery so I cut back and am now on 70 mcg, 20 at 7am, 20mcg at 12.30 20mcg

6pm and 10 mcg at bedtime.

I have felt reasonably ok during the last two weeks of school holidays.

This morning first day back at work, took my two NAE after breakfast and off I

went. Felt a bit strange, nauseous, dizzy and hot. Checked my temp at 12.30 on

return from work, spot on - 37.0. So I am wondering did I feel weird because I

am on too much now, or is it adrenal related. Or is it going back to workitis?

any advice gratefully received, I am fast approaching the 12 week mark where I

am hoping that if I have had reverse T3 issues it will have cleared. I then

have to decide what course of action to take, either continue T3 only of back

to Erfa.

Love Lizzie
