Elspeth and returned emails

I have now sent emails 6 times to Elspeths corrected address and that of her supwervisor

They all come back immediately with undeliverable

I can only conclude that there is a block on all but preferred addreses

I have checked and double checked that theres no hypen and the addy is exactly the same as you recomend

If you type in her supervisors addy that is rejected because it has a comma between his names instead of a full stop but even with a full stop the email is rejected
