Help with results please

Happy healthy New Year everyone, I wonder if some one could help with these

results as I am due to see my endo next week and want to be armed as it were.

1. cholesterol 8.1- my GP wants me to start on statins but Dr P says he will

never forgive me, I prefer to go with Dr P- has anyone any advice on how to get

it down - or if it matters? I have asterisked the ones that are noted as

abnormal ( but it also says " tell patient Normal!!)- apart from the cholesterol

one.
