Guest guest
Go to the FILES section of this forum http://health.groups.lcom/group/thyroid treatment and click on FILES in the MENU. On the page that opens, click on the folder entitled 'CANDIDA' and you will find all the information you need there. You will need to get used to what this forum can offer you that is already available if you just go and do a little searching yourself as I am sure I have mentioned our FILES section to you before. It does take a little getting used to, but we have a ton of information that is readily available for all members. Luv - Sheila Are any of you dealing with candida at moment? Is there any wherE I can print out the foods allowed and not allowed.I'm too I'll to read a book and take it in but a factual list would help no end. .x
