Hi

I'm trying to access the above document but keeping getting told that internet

explorer can't find the page. Am I doing something wrong?

I have been self treating myself for a few years and am very well and haven't

told my GP. In February 2009 I suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm which caused a

subarachnoid haemorrhage. I take T3 only which keeps me very well and the medics

keep telling me what a miracle I am to have recovered so well. No miracle, I

treat my thyroid! But I have to have regular checks with my GP for BP etc and on

Monday past I saw one of the newer GPs and he took some blood which I wasn't

expecting! I had taken my thryoid meds and hour before this test!! I phoned

today for the results and she said the GP wants to speak with me about my TSH.

I've avoided speaking with him. I know they will be freaking out about my TSH

but what I need to know is, if I stop taking my meds from tomorrow will my TSH

be a bit higher by Monday, as I assume they will catch me then and want more

bloods. My TSH has always been very low. The last time it was 0.03 in the

reference range of 0.03 to 5.5, this was quite a few years ago. As usual I was

always told that it was fine even though I had loads of hypothyroid symptoms.

Thank you.
