Guest guest
>I live in Denmark but can buy from the UK. you may think that alana but the bastards in brussels have just banned ashwaghanda and possibly rhodiola too .... i can't think of an alternative just at the moment because i'm so effing annoyed about the aforementioned bastardos! good to hear you are making progress, well done! trish ps do you take pantothenic acid ...i read somewhere (possibly adrenals forum) that you should use 500 to 1000mg b5 with each dose of t3 ...i've been experimenting and it seems to make a big difference in being able to tolerate t3. > > Hi Everyone, > > I don't have low cortisol although I do have super dooper high cortisol in the morning (3 times the normal range) - the rest of the day it is normal. > > Regardless of my cortisol levels - I would like to try taking Rhodiola or Ashwaghanda or both to support my adrenals. > > I am starting to feel a lot better since clearing RT3 with T3 only - I currently take 125mcg of Thybon (german T3) per day - and am considering going back to language school and/or taking on some casual work in the near future (possibly after the danish summer holidays) to see how I go. The thought of doing these things again, although scary, does not feel quite so daunting anymore with the improvements I have seen in my health on T3 only. But I want to support my adrenals when I do so. > > So I'm looking for recommendations of good places to buy Rhodiola and Ashwaghanda from (separately or together). Guest guest
Forgive my ignorance, but who are you referring to when you say the bastards in Brussels? One of the medical authorities? Are the authorities determined to leave half of their population sick and unable to recover?!? Maybe I can get some in Denmark if I ask around, my holistic doctor is American - but married to a danish woman and therefore practicing in Denmark - he prescribes my T3 for me, and has a good range of supplements as far as I know. One of his ranges is 'Life Extension' (an american range he orders in) and he already has me taking Life Extension 'Complete B Complex' which contains high doses of all the B vitamins including Pantothenic Acid - there is 1000mg of it in each capsule and I am supposed to take 4 a day, but I only take 1 a day plus 2 sublingual B12 and Folate lozenges at the moment. He's big of prescribing high doses of supplements as far as I have seen. I have started taking 1 of the B complex caps at night time as he suggested I do - I believe it is actually helping me sleep better, despite the high dose of B vitamins in it which I have always been told keep you awake. Anyhow - I think you guys in the UK need to take court action against in order to get access to the medications you need to get well and I think you will win. I hate what is happening there to the thyroid patients. Alana > > > > So I'm looking for recommendations of good places to buy Rhodiola and Ashwaghanda from (separately or together). Guest guest
> Forgive my ignorance, but who are you referring to when you say the bastards in Brussels? the european union, they are the bastards in brussels ...it is linked to codex http://www.natural-health-information-centre.com/codex-alimentarius.html i think the b complex vits can be stimulating but as they are also nourishing to the adrenals that may explain their helpfulness for sleeping. i take a complex in the day but also take extra b5 plus i take one at night ...you probably know that b vits are water soluble and we excrete what is not needed. > Anyhow - I think you guys in the UK need to take court action against in order to get access to the medications you need to get well and I think you will win. I hate what is happening there to the thyroid patients. i am not in the uk but taking court action would cost HUGE sums of money unfortunatley. the other thing is that it is not only the uk where outdated and health damaging practices prevail and it is not confined to thyroid diseases ....the medical paradigm is fatally flawed and is geared towards restricting any choice at all so that people are forced to take the deadly chemical cocktails produced by the pharmaceutical companies. it is not only medicine however, agriculture is also gravely at risk and monsanto have bought off most of congress in america and now, would you believe, genetically modified foodstuffs can be called *organic* if they have been raised that way ...there is no compulsion to label genetically modified food! trish > > Forgive my ignorance, but who are you referring to when you say the bastards in Brussels?
