TSH levels -male -variations

I'm male of 29 yrs,as my sperm count was low i was reffered for thyroid and the results were T3,T4 were within range but TSH was high @9 and reffered Thyronorm tablets for 3 months regularly in the early morning hours .after that again undergone the test but now T3,T4 are again in the normal range but this time the TSH level was @0.08( got to know this is called Sub Clinical Hyper thyroid i.e. SCH). why this enormous change . what to do to set it into normal range? are there any tests to be conducted to narrow in on any confirmation.
