Guest guest
Hi everyone - just wondered if there was a little advice that you could help me with... Every time I do something that exerts me a little these days (even though I pace myself) I am fine at the time but within around two days I have a throat infection or some kind of unpleasant virus. I find it hard to swallow - it feels like my throat is closed off about half way down..it is quite distressing..this is what physical exertion seems to do to me..?? Could the two things be related? I am even wondering if this is anything to do with my thyroid - can you get your thyroid scanned to see what is actually happening in your throat or could it perhaps be a delayed reaction to physical exertion? Any wise words would be very much appreciated as always... Regards Lynne
