Guest guest
Hi Sheila, I have only been on T3 (Mex)for about 10 days and already my body temps have gone up above 36 and I have noticed a much better clarity of thought and feeling more energetic. I n=know it is early days and I am taking 25 mcgs split across the day but if this is a taste of what is to come then great. I have completed the register today. Thanks Stacey
Guest guest
Thanks Stacey - we need to get as many counterexamples to T4-only therapy as the flawed T4/T3 studies that showed T4 worked well on it's own and that T3 made no difference. This is why it is so important that we get as many as we can. I believe we could get thousands, but need to spread the word as far and wide as we can. I am so pleased that you are feeling so much better and don't forget, to find the dose your body requires, you need to increase your dose by 12.5mcgs on a regular basis, say 10 days to 2 weeks. Guest guest
Have tried using your link, but does not take me to survey From: SheilaT <sheila@...>thyroid treatment Sent: Sun, 23 January, 2011 14:50:37Subject: Did you get better after taking some form of T3? You may not be aware, but Thyroid Patient Advocacy www.tpa-uk.org.uk is in the process of creating a World Register of Counterexamples to levothyroxine-only (T4) therapy. This short survey is applicable only to those who continued to suffer symptoms on T4-only therapy, and who found those symptoms disappeared once they were started on a T3 hormone containing product , whether synthetic or natural thyroid extract. The objective of this Register of Counterexamples to T4-only therapy is to draw to the attention of those responsible authorities throughout the world, the dire need for an urgent re-examination of the existing protocol for the diagnosis and management of the symptoms of hypothyroidism. It is VERY important that if you fit this category that you complete the 3 questions with either 'YES', 'NO' or N/A here http://www.tpa-uk.org.uk/register_of_counterexamples.php . All responses will be collated online, and your email address (if you provide one) will be used ONLY to contact you at a later date should this be become necessary." Guest guest
No Pat, I did not " fail to realise " any such thing. Your statement is unnecessary and incorrect. What is it about the penultimate paragraph in my previous message that you don't understand? " It is VERY important that if you fit this category that you complete the 3 questions with either 'YES', 'NO' or N/A here http://www.tpa-uk.org.uk/register_of_counterexamples.php .. " TPA is registered with the Date Protection Act. The ONLY information that  would be sent to interested parties are the numbers who responded to the three specific question and the total number of counterexamples we have listed. The ONLY use for a person's name and email address is in case I wish to contact that person at a later date should this become necessary. I have removed your message from the forum. Guest guest
Where does it take you to . I have just checked it out, and it takes me to the Survey, however, as I have already completed it, I got the following message. " Thank you for taking the survey. Now you can create your own surveys for FREE! " Give me more details and I will try to sort out your problem. Luv - Sheila Have tried using your link, but does not take me to survey _
Guest guest
hi Sheila,I don't know if I'm still a member of TPA but I'm in a bit of a fix and would really be grateful for some help. I ordered T3 in good time however it has not arrived and I'm now down to less than three days supply. I wondered if you might know of a supplier in the UK who won't rip me off or one overseas that might be able to dispatch some speedily. I do realise you aren't supposed to supply these details but any hints would be much appreciated.Love Ellie xthyroid treatment From: sheila@...Date: Sun, 23 Jan 2011 14:50:37 +0000Subject: Did you get better after taking some form of T3? Guest guest
Hi I've used: http://anabolics-online.com/tiromel-liothyronine-sodium-t3-25mcg100tabs-p-61.htm\ l and delivery was roughly 5 days so pretty speedy, the price is a bit more expensive (works out just under £60 inc postage, if you use a credit card they add a small charge), but if you need it in a hurry, their customer service was very good, excellent communication and prompt dispatch. Hope that helps Sandie. > > > > I I wondered if you might know of a supplier in the UK who won't rip me off or one overseas that might be able to dispatch some speedily.
