Guest guest
Hi Joe, your free T3 could be a little higher. When taking thyroid hormone replacement, it should be in the upper third of the reference range and yours is not. I think it would help to add some form of T3. You can tell whether the active thyroid hormone is being absorbed at cellular level because your symptoms will start to disappear one by one and your brain will start to clear. the 24 hour urine test to check your levels of T4 and T3 that have been used in the cells is the way to go. I would add 200mcgs Selenium to your list as this helps with the conversion of T4 into T3. Sorry, I know little about chelating, but other members will probably be able to help you with this and maybe make some suggestions. Luv - Sheila He suggested: 1. He thought the most important thing was chelation and detox and suggested 'Ultra Clear Renewal from Metagenics. I didn't find this on their website, but he says it can be ordered by practitioners. What would you suggest for Chelation or detox? 2 _,___
