When do you pay for Genova tests?

I'm sure I'm being thick, but do you pay before they send out the pack, or send

payment with the samples?

It says we can email an order so I'm wondering how that works if we pay up

front? I'm not a fan of telephones so would rather email if poss.

Hi Helen,

You can email or phone, ordering the kits you want - state name, DOB, address and the TPA as your practitioner and the kit(s) will be send to your home free of charge. All the instructions and paperwork are with the kits. You can pay either by cheque or authorization by credit card when you send the samples back. Just include a cheque or the filled in authorization with the samples. The results will come straight to you (only) - not the TPA - in due course either by email or snail post (or both).
