I ordered NAE at 8 o'clock on Friday morning online, so I was expecting them on

Saturday I usually get them the day after I place the order if I order in the

morning. However, they didn't arrive on

Saturday so I expected them today and again they have not arrived. This is

unusual.

Vit D caps a week yesterday and they have not arrived yet. NAX ordered on

Sunday came Tuesday.

Hi Lizzie, , who is the person who usually sees to all the

TPA orders wrote to tell me he is on holiday for two weeks, but that everything

should stay up and running fine as he had passed instructions onto somebody

else. Obviously, the person he passed instructions on to does not see his duty

as one get off orders directly to our members. You will just have to be patient

and realise what a good job does for all of us. Things should get back to

normal once he is back but be assured, I will let him know that things have not

been all sweetness and light in his absence.

coming from TPA members is on two weeks h holiday. Obviously the person who has

taken over in his absence is not as quick at getting the orders as .

Things should be back to what they were before hopefully shortly.
