Guest guest
Hi guys so i just started nystatin 500,000 I.U and this is the first time ive everpeicned major die off in all the time ive tried to treat my yeats problems. So was just wondering if anybody has any tips to help cope with it as it is so bad today ive been sent home from work and feel totally rubbish but i want to stick with it. So far ive got some green tea, drank ALOT of water and im going to have a soak in a bath shortly, i dont like the idea of an enema so was wondering if anybody else could share the expeiences. I was planning on taking 2x 500,000I.U tablets but because the die off is so bad i guess ill stay to the one tablet. Just wondering also if i should take extra HC or lower my T3 dose 100mg to help my body cope. Thanks

Guest guest
HI CHRIS I take charcoal sometimes, and I have read that it can prolong the life of ones kidneys, but you should not for longer, and I think it was 16 weeks. This in turn takes me back to my childhood when two of us ate coal, but a pregnant woman sometimes has a passion for coal. I could not eat it now as it would break my teeth, but yes I do at times have charcoal. I think it must absorb toxins, but it also gets rid of odourus wind. Coal is a form of charcoal. Guest guest
Hi there, Whilst Nystatin is wonderful for yeast infections - the drug itself is hard on the liver - which is why you are feeling terrible. I would suggest no alcohol at this stage and keep the liver as clear as possible from anything it doesn't need to process (vitamin pills etc.) best wishes Mandy
