Are you taking two

50mg tablets daily i.e. 100mgs daily. I only take two when I get particular

bloated as you run the risk of 'drying out' completely. I don't think you need

to take them twice a day, I take mine in the morning. You need to drink

LOTS and LOTS of water Dee. I am not sure what to suggest. Does anybody else

have any ideas?

Hi Dee,

Be careful about the potassium, magnesium and sodium...

and you need magnesium to get potassium back into the cells.
