Guest guest
Listen to these . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVi2xPGxoR8 & NR=1 Luv - Sheila Hello I have conflicting information been given on to what is a safe level of Vitamin D3 levels in patients with hypothyroidism. I am currently taking 5,000iu of Vitamin D3 as it has been recommended for anyone who is deficient in sunlight in the UK. I have also read that taking this steroid replacement supplement in the form of vitamin D3 will actually damage those suffering from autoimmune hypothyriodism which I have with Anti TPO antibodies of 614 at the last result. Should I continue to take Vitamin D3 at such levels ? Any help I would greatly appreciate.
