Help! Where am I doing wrong ?

For many years I have been taking Thyroxine, and Liothyrone for the last three

years. My reslts have a;ways been in the middle of the range and ny TSH between

..5 and 2.

I am taking 125mcg of Thyroxine and 30mcg of T3.

2 weeks ago I sent for a test with Genova and my results are as follows:

Total T4 78.9 (58 - 154)

TSH 0.009 (0.4 - 4.0) low (is it too low?)

Free T4 10.8 ((10 - 22) low

Free T3 3.89 (2.8 - 6.5)

A short while ago my endo arranged a 9am blood test re. my adrenals.

The result was (it seemed to me)to be a large amount over the top of the range

( I've forgotten what it was. I put a question on TPA but forgot about it)
