Recently started getting hot flushes, from my reading I understand that Serenity

Cream can help with this. But there seems to be a mixed experience on the forum,

partiuclarly in respect of Adrenals.

I did an Adrenal saliva test a few years ago which identified as at exhaustion

stage. I have worked on this and do feel better.

I take Iron supplements ( can not keep my Ferritin level up without); Vit D with

calcium and Thyroxine - all on prescription.

Would welcome any advice on the best way to approach as feeling I am starting to

fall apart again!

Thanks Janet

hi Janet, All you can do is give it a try- it certainly saved my sanity! It can take a couple of months to get best benefit from it, but I started to feel 'cooler' fairly quickly. http://www.progesterone.co.uk > thyroid treatment > From: jwalk406@...> Date: Tue, 10 May 2011 12:16:32 +0000> Subject: Menopause , Hot Flush , Serenity Cream> > Recently started getting hot flushes, from my reading I understand that Serenity Cream can help with this. I can second that I am on month 4 now, and I sleep better (much) and hardly any hot flushes or sweats - night sweats have gone too.... this particular Serenity cream works for me, the Wellsprings version did not.... - but it does really take at least 4-6 weeks before you realize you are getting better... well, it did with me.

Best wishes,

Hi :

The link posted here goes to *Wellsprings* so I don't understand.

Are there more than one Serenity cream from Wellsprings?

Could you clarify for me...I think I'm missing something here.

Thanks.

Cheers,

JOT
