Hi :

Goiters develop from lack of iodine in the system. This is a very big problem in

the UK and from lack of IODINE in our food, and lack of nutrients in the soil

which the food is grown. Proper iodine supplementing will prevent many disorders

including goiter, and supplementing with 50MGs of IODINE in the form of iodoral

or lugol's iodine drops will shrink the goiter which has alread developed. You

may want to research this futher and also join the iodine group for more

Thanks Jot I will tell her, my Aunt had a goitre but I have not read much up on

that because it had not effected me in my Hashimotos disease.

She gets so tired though and has put a good old amount of weight on with lots of

niggling issues.
