Should I take iron again, look into iron injections or shall I see what dr p

recommends? Not feeling as good as I should be so maybe it's the low iron.

crazily high? I think this is why im not feeling the full affect of my T3 dose

(125mg) due to my ferritin being on the low side.

i'm not an expert by any means but given your over the top saturation and serum

levels i think it would be madness to start taking iron again. i am wondering

whether high serum levels is indicative of mal absorption...do you drink tea,

coffee, alcholol ...they can inhibit iron absorption apparently as can eating

certain foods such as swiss chard (that's slightly ironic i think because i

always thought it was a good source of iron!). if it was me, i would try

eating other iron rich foods and take good doses of vit c at the same time to

help absorption. you could also try black strap molasses but having said that,

if you have candida, then maybe that is not such a good idea.

speaking with dr p is probably your better bet.

best wishes
