Guest guest
Hi Everyone,I am currently taking T3: 25mg 8.00am, 25mg 12.00pm, 25mg 4.00pm & 25mg 8.00pm.The problem is when I take my temperature it is still at 35.9 - 36.00 I thought 100mg of T3 a day was quite high. Does anybody have any idea how much higher I will need to increase my dosage to get my temperature up to 37oC. Ever since I started the t3 my temperature has not really budged. Anybody have any ideas what is going on.CheersMark
Guest guest
--Hi Mark, Sometimes temperature can be affected by different things and we may never achieve the classic temp of 37. I have learnt recently that even 'healthy' people can hover around 36 to 37. It could be that your adrenals still need some help - do you take NAX? I have just started T3 and will be monitoring my temps - mine usually hover between 35.6 and 36.2. Stacey
Guest guest
Your low temperature could be because you are suffering from adrenal fatigue. Are you supporting your adrenals at all. Guest guest
Yes I am on 4*25mg of T3 been on both HC & T3 for about 6 weeks now, not really feeling any benefit though, still getting very tired by 11.00am 3 1/2 hours after getting up.CheersMark On 17 January 2011 11:52, Sheila <sheila@...> wrote: Your low temperature could be because you are suffering from adrenal fatigue. Guest guest
Have you had your levels of ferritin, B12, D3, magnesium, folate, copper and zinc tested to see whether any of these are low in the range. Get the results and ref. range for each test done and let us have them to help with the interpretation. Also, any chance you might be suffering with systemic candidiasis. Guest guest
HI ShelaThanks for the message, I have had ferritin & D3 tested and I am currently taking 1200mg of Magnesium Melate. I have not tested B12, Folate, Copper & zinc.It is funny you mention Systemic Candidasis as I have just order some Betaine HCL I planned on doing the protocol where you take a tablet every 2mins until you start getting a warm sensation. I decided to try Betaine HCL because for the last couple of months I have constant putrid wind throughout the day, it will be interesting to see how the results turn out.
