Hiya

Just got back from the GP and have my results, they

are:

4 January 2010

TSH 0.03 (0.3 – 5)

Free T4 22.3 (9 – 24)

Free T3 8.0 (3.5 – 6.5)

These are after three days on 45mg CBZ (dosing myself

as hyper symptoms were so bad, up from 30mg).

Previous tests were:

17 Dec 2010 (emergency test as had flu symptoms)

TSH 0.03 (0.3 – 5)

T4 17.2 (9-24)

Nurse forgot to request T3

9 December 2010 (endo appointment, please note

different ref ranges)

TSH <0.01 (as expected)

Free T4 18.2 (12-22)

Free T3 8.3 (3.1-6.8)

So it’s my T4 that seems to

be bouncing around. Endo was happy with the earlier two results, said I

was biochemically about right for the stage of treatment, given my body would

be habituated to running a bit ‘high’.

Any thoughts lovely hyper folk?
