Starting/stopping meds

Just wondered what peoples thoughts were on this, I'm nearly out of NAX and

might possibly need to start Florinef, but I'm planning on doing the HCG diet

very soon (4 meals prepped another 10 to go) so do I hold off starting Florinef

and hope the diet helps my nighttime waking? (even if it's a hormone imbalance?)

also do I buy in more NAX or stop that and hope that the diet helps eliminate

the need for it? I take 2 NAX, 27.5mg HC temps are good and stable, but I'm

still waking at least twice a night sometimes more, it was suggested I raise my

bedtime dose of HC to 5mg and the first night I did that I had the best night

sleep ever! I prayed it wouldn't be a one off but it was :( so it was then

suggested I check Aldosterone, only problem is I self treat and Aldosterone

blood work is nearly £200! I can't afford that, so I would have to just try it

and see. I'm also taking the usual vits and mins and now on T3 only and finally

starting to feel the benefit yay! currently taking 50mcg and raising every few

days, not experiencing any intolerance thankfully and temps are staying stable

which is great. I'm waiting on thyroid blood results but the fact that I'm

finally having better days on T3 only leads me to believe it's must RT3, been on

NDT for 3mths and never felt like I have after just 3 weeks on T3 only, wish I

started out on it but I was concerned my adrenals wouldn't cope.

So NAX given that I'm on HC how much of a role is it playing and will I miss it?

obviously if my temps start becoming unstable that will tell me, can I just stop

taking them as I only take 2?

Would you wait and see post diet about Florinef? after experiencing that

wonderful one nights sleep I'm desperate for more, as I know that will help make

me feel even better and improve my health.

Thanks

Sandie
