Guest guest
I went to Liberty Naturals and they have the black cumin essential oil for around $45 for 16 oz. Pricey, but if as effective as stated would be worth it. Guest guest
I have found it to be effective on ~anything~ I use it on. You don't have to use it straight either it can be incorporated into bath and body products. I swear this stuff is good IMHO. Guest guest
Matt, I'm taking the Black Seed Oil also. My doctor started me off with only three drops, and I'm to work up to 30 drops a day. So far, I haven't noticed any effects (I'm on three drops) so I can't respond to your symptoms. However, you may want to try wwww.naturalhealthconsult.com/Monographs/blackseed.html for some information. Briefly, it says the oil is rich in EFAs, vitamins, minerals, amino acids. It's an immunomodulator, improving T-cells on an average of 72% (the dose on this was 1 gram a day); stimulates bone marrow; increases interferon; calms overactive immune system; is a bronchodilator; increases bile flow; antibacterial and antifungal; and decreases blood sugar in diabetics. Sure sounds like a miracle, doesn't it? I wonder if your symptoms are a result of the oil doing it's job. Guest guest
Reduce your dose back down to 90mgs Konia. Ask your GP to test your levels of ferritin, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, magnesium, folate, copper and zinc. If any of these levels are low, your thyroid hormone cannot be properly absorbed at cellullar level. This is also the case if you are suffering with low adrenal reserve,, ha\ve systemic candidiasis, have mercury poisoning caused through amalgam fillings. Are you taking Selenium and zinc with your thyroid medication and large doses of vitamin C? Read about the thyroid/adrenal connection and about systemic candidiasis on our web site www.tpa-uk.org.uk under Hypothyroidism, and then under 'Associated Conditions' to learn more about the association between these and hypothyroidism. Do the Adrenal/Candida/Magnesium Questionnaires in the FOLDER' Medical Questionnaires in our FILES section and see how you score. If possible, get the 24 hour salivary adrenal profile done via Genova Diagnostics (see Discounts on Tests and Supplements FILE) to enable you to claim discounts by being a TPA member. Nearly in every case when you find you are unable to increase your dose, there is one of these conditions stopping you from doing it. Luv - Sheila As my carpal tunnel and pins-and-needles in my arms were getting really bad, I upped my dose of Erfa-armour from 90 to 125 (in 2 weeks). I feel awful now, very weak and I feel that my heart keeps pounding (pulse is up from 60 to 73, bp 113/75). Should I go down (how much at time), or wait and persevere? I have Hashimoto. Thank you for taking the time to answer this. All the best Konia
