Guest guest
Oooops! Yes, I forgot that you had mentioned these two important vitamins before JOT - apologies to all. But in my defence, I didn't say NAE contains all the right nutrients, I actually said " It is a supplement containing lots of the right nutrients that help boost failing adrenals " Luv - Sheila Actually NAX does NOT contain all the *right nutrients.* It is missing two very important B vitamins, Folate and Biotin. B vitamins must be balanced to work properly. If you take NAX you must also take a good vitamin B complex with it to maintain the correct balance in your system. If you need an adrenal glandular, I suggest to take the glandular by itself without any extra added supplements and add the particular supplements you need to that. This is a much healthier and better solution. Cheers, JOT
