Perhaps you don't need to test your DHEA levels if you have low

adrenal reserve as it is usually assumed other hormone levels would be low too.

I would speak to one of the doctors at Genova and ask which tests they

recommend you need because of your specific condition. I haven't come across

the term 'hyposurrenal' before, what does this mean exactly?

I was thinking about having the following test

done again at Genova Diagnostics

1-Day Progesterone/Oestradiol. Is this the right test to do to check my

progesterone oestrogen?? I am 55 yrs old and am post menopause. I would also

like to do Testerone but it doesn't seem to be done by Genova. is this

possible??

Sheila, you said i would have to suspend hc to test for dhea for 2 weeks. but i

presume that would be dangerous as i am hypo surrenal.

what tests are important for me??

Italian. i meant i have hypoadrenalism, or is that the word in English?? low
