Guest guest
Dan, go to this forum web site http://health./grouop/thyroid treatment and in the Menu, click on FILES. On the page that opens, scroll down to the FOLDER entitled 'Internet Pharmacies' and you can see the different pharmacies you can order thyroid hormone replacements without a prescription. Before trying T3 or natural thyroid extract, ask your GP for a trial of an increased dose of levothyroxine as that might work - it does for some people. When changing over, I would personally recommend the natural thyroid extract as it contains all the thyroid hormones your body needs plus calcitonin. luv - Sheila I'm on a 100mg a day dose of Levo and have been for 6 month (was on lower dose before). My energy levels are 'just about' there (maybe could do with a little more) but in other ways I still have some symptoms... Mostly muscle pains in my upper chest area (around the heart but I've had it checked and my ticker is OK) I'm thinking that maybe self medicating with a natural product could be worth a try? How would I do that? Change the dose and where would I get it from? And is it expensive? _._,___
