Guest guest
I was diagnosed as sub clinical hypothyroid in 2004,all my blood test results have come in `normal` since and I foolishly accepted that for some years. I did some research whilst on holiday in Canada in 2006 but to no avail,my dr considered I did not need thyroxine and took me off for three months. I insisted after the next tests and have been on 50mcg ever since. I do not consider my dosage is correct.I have a long list of symptoms, many of which I have had for years. I have only recently seen my test results history. Since reading messages here, I have learned so much and realise I have been fobbed off. My last TSH results have been 2.0, 2.4 and 3.1 Please send list of doctors as my current GP is willing to refer me to a endo of my choice. I have written to my dr as you suggested and supplied him with list of symptoms. I am having another test this week - T4 ,-TPO and T3 requested but they may be refused,no chance of TgAb ! I am in NW England.
