Yes, that should be sufficient to claim your discount. You pay

when they send you the kit, you do the test and when you send it back for

analysis, that is when you pay. If you have any questions about payment, leave

a telephone message and they will get back to you with the information you

require.

Hi,

I just called Genova to order the Thyroid Screen & Adrenal Stress profile

and I just want to check that I ordered correctly to get the TPA discount.

I got through to an automated line, and quoted " Thyroid Patient Advocacy

UK " as my practicioner. Is that enough to get the discount taken off or

should I have actually spoken to a real person?

Also do you ring & pay when you send the test back? I just want to check as

I only have a visa electron (which Genova don't accept) so I will probably have

to get a friend to pay for me. I can't see anything about payment on their

website.

Hi, just double check because i did the same but the information came wrong on

the sheet when it arrived, it was down as thyroid uk for my practitioner and

there was no discount showing, i called the kit line and a guy called said

he would send me a new form or i could correct the form myself. I corrected it

myself and put a letter of confirmation in to confirm. I am just waiting for my

results!

The test kits arrived with the TPA discount and I have just returned them to

Genova today.

My local private hospital wanted £38 to take the blood sample, but I managed to

find a friend of a friend who is a nurse who was happy to do it for me.

I'm really looking forward to getting the results and am going to order some

supplements from nutri today.

Thank you so much for the TPA discounts, it makes a big difference to me.
