Guest guest
Harboring resentment is like taking poison and hoping it will hurt the other person. There is a temporary feeling of power with thoughts of resentment but this is short-lived, feeding the ego’s desire to be superior and righteous. Slowly this poison takes over and will infect my whole inner world unless I stop it. Today let me transform resentment into the sweet nectar of kindness and peace and eliminate the poison of resentment from my system.
