Guest guest
Hi Beki, I am just wondering what form of vitamin D you are taking and if you have a problem absorbing it? I was found to have a very severe vitamin D deficiency and took tablets for a year - but they made virtually no difference! I now take drops from BioCare and my levels are improving - over 30 at the last test. The supplement I use is Bio-D Liquid vitamin D - http://www.biocare.co.uk/default.aspx?GroupGuid=29 & ProductGuid=75115 & PageItemGro\ upGuid=187 Hope that helps.
