Guest guest
Hi Jot, Thanks for pointing that out! I think we can sort out links to both amazon UK and amazon US.... just depends if Amazon US will do the same deal for TPA as Amazon Uk.... I believe they operate as different companies though under the same umbrella..... . _________________________________________ > > Also, since you are now an International site, can you do business through Amazon.com (US) through your TPA site. Can you put up a button for the Amazon.com (US) and still get the 5% to go to the TPA? >
Guest guest
Thanks for answering me ... It does look like my purchase would come through the UK on that link. I wondered about this because here in the US, Amazon.com has several warehouses and the item I order will usually come to me from the nearest warehouse. I guess Amazon.UK would not be able to do that. A great many people, myself included, buy everything from amazon....from shampoo to computers to washing machines. Many of us don't have time to store shop and amazon sends everything with free shipping over $25.00 so that's where we shop. Those purchases would certainly add up for the 5% to TPA...... I realize that anyone can donate at any time, but most of us don't have much extra in our budgets, but we do need the necessities..:0) Let me know if you can make a deal with amazon.com US and I'll spread the word...Thanks Cheers, JOT > I think we can sort out links to both amazon UK and amazon US.... just depends if Amazon US will do the same deal for TPA as Amazon Uk.... Guest guest
Hi Jot - I tried to open a US Amazon Associate Account so members could buy from Amazon.com, but when it came to giving our TPA Bank details for payments to be transferred, it states categorically the information given was for US Banks ONLY, so won't accept one from the UK. I had completed everything successfully up until that point but can't take it any further. What a shame. Luv - Sheila Hi Sheila: I just went into the TPA site to see if I could order from there through Amazon.com uk. It takes my order and when I sign into my personal Amazon.com account the page still stays on the UK amazon. My question is: If I place an order on the UK Amazon, does this order get redirected to Amazon.com (US) and sent from there or will it be sent to me from the UK? Also, since you are now an International site, can you do business through Amazon.com (US) through your TPA site. Can you put up a button for the Amazon.com (US) and still get the 5% to go to the TPA? Thanks so much. Cheers, JOT

Guest guest
The daft thing is that I completed the details Amazon US needed to become an Associate - and that has been accepted - so now TPA is a Amazon.com Associate and we are all ready to go - but I couldn't complete the bank details so where they think they will send any monies to I have no idea. No doubt at some stage in the game, they will realise that, but I have written to their 'Customer Help' explaining what has happened and telling them they give details for US Banks ONLY. Will wait and see what happens. Luv - Sheila Oh Sheila, I am really sad to hear that..... Thanks for the update.
