Hi Carole,I'm another one who's been diagnosed with ME/CFS - but only for a year. I don't envy you having to manage for 4 years. It's very courageous planning a move with the restrictions ill health brings. I had a visitor yesterday for half hour and I've had to spend most of today in bed recovering. I've thought about getting a cat but I think even that is too much responsibility for me at the mo :)My GP and ME specialist both seem to think that I'm in denial -  they believe I've really got ME and am refusing to face up to it. I'm not argueing with them - but am steadily and slowly pursueing my own investigations and treatment. I've had adrenal and thyroid problems diagnosed with Dr P. I've found with all the mainstream doctors at the hospital that the minute I mention ME, they sort of close down and switch off - end of enquiries.I'm not sure what the answer is to your question about adrenal support - I'm also quite new here. I built up gradually with nutri adrenal extra, half tab at a time. It did certainly make a difference to me.Anyway, just to wish you all the best on your road to recovery, Alison
