Marcocci and Others | N Engl J Med 2011;364:1920-1931 http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa1012985?query=TOC It's a proper randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, published in a top top journal, NEJM, and Wiersinga (Mr Graves) has contributed to it. quote Selenium administration significantly improved quality of life, reduced ocular involvement, and slowed progression of the disease in patients with mild Graves' orbitopathy The dose was 100ug-MICROgramme twice daily. Note the study was about Orbitopathy (the eye problems) from Graves disease (Basedow) I bought some this afternoon. Do your own research before taking it.
