Anyone add t4 in erfa: if so is that defeating the object.

Can anyone help. Does anyone take t4 along with there erfa. I am new to erfa

and feel a little hypo, I was on a large dose of thryoxine t4 and t3 and ive

dropped when starting erfa so they maybe why.

If anyone does take t4 with erfa, doesn't this defeat the object of taking

thyroid natural meds.

Any help would be appreciated.
